Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a Junior Designer Eyewear to support multiple brands from our New York office. The role works in a hybrid setup, with three days on-site at 420 5th Ave.

Hours are 8am–5pm, Mon–Fri, paying $22.60 per hour on a W2, with weekly payroll. The designer will collaborate with lead designers and NA product strategy teams to develop color and material direction, create CAD renderings, and research market trends to maintain brand identity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design from accredited college or university.
• Minimum 6 months of design experience in Eyewear or Accessories; including intern or temp work
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator; other Adobe programs a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Experience with 3D Design Software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate detailed color CAD renderings for eyewear collections based on licensor specs.
• Assist NA lead designers and strategy teams with color and material direction.
• Research domestic and competitive markets to identify trends while maintaining brand identity.
• Collaborate with Italy teams to develop materials and techniques.
• Learn technical limitations and specs of eyewear with NA and Italy teams.
• Assist with collection sketch development and company-wide design projects.
• Meet deadlines and provide timely design solutions.
