Job summary

Luxottica is seeking a Sales Representative in Fresno to drive growth by visiting customers regularly and delivering best-in-class service. You will manage brand strategies, track metrics, and train partners using the Luxottica Rewards program. This role requires frequent travel and strong sales discipline.

The incumbent will hit monthly targets, build relationships, and execute brand merchandising while coordinating with internal teams to optimize ROI and market share.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct sales experience with proven results.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationships.
• Excellent training and presentation skills.
• Strong problem solving and proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Achieves monthly, quarterly, annual sales targets for each brand in the portfolio.
• Develops call plans to visit customers within a 4–12 week rotation (Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Silver priority).
• Ensure brand visual merchandising and refresh POP materials.
• Log visits in One Sales Suite and use reports to drive sales.
• Collaborate with sales counterparts to deliver broader synergy programs.
