Job summary

LensCrafters in Corona, CA is seeking an EyeCare Advisor for a part-time position. You will deliver the LensCrafters Experience by guiding customers through frame and lens selections and coordinating with the doctor and retail teams to ensure smooth patient visits.

You'll greet customers promptly, explain services, manage records in a HIPAA-compliant way, and help process orders and payments while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills (internal and external).
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Strong communicator and listener; problem solving ability.
• Familiarity with cash register, computers and calculators.
• Organization skills.
• Sales skills.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Knowledge of office and store merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers without delay (within 30 seconds).
• Promptly answer the telephone (3 rings) in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Explain all required paperwork, tests, products and services.
• Review prescriptions and patient information carefully; coordinate with Optician/Doctor as needed.
• Show patience and courtesy to indecisive or difficult customers and patients.
• Operate the POS system with accuracy for transactions and payments.
