Minnesota Eye Consultants (MEC) is seeking a full-time Clinical Research Coordinator to coordinate assigned clinical studies from initiation to closure under the direction of the Principal Investigator and Clinical Research Manager. This role supports the conduct of trials with a focus on quality, compliance, and patient-centered care.

The position is in-office at the Bloomington and Minnetonka locations, with starting pay between $24.00 and $27.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one-year prior experience in academic, pharmaceutical, or medical device clinical trials.
• Working knowledge of federal regulations applicable to clinical trials is preferred.
• Knowledge of research methodology is highly valued.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate initiation activities, paperwork, equipment, and study meetings.
• Attend protocol training sessions and provide training as needed.
• Oversee patient recruitment, screening, and informed consent activities.
• Complete patient visits, data entry, and study-specific procedures per protocol.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and communicate study information with sponsors and MEC staff.
• Support scheduling, data collection, chart preparation, and monitor visits.
