Job summary

CorneaGen is seeking an Eye Recovery Technician at our San Antonio site. This role offers paid on-the-job training and development, with a wage range of $18.00–$20.00 per hour. The position is 100% in-person and may require weekend shifts.

We require an Associate degree or equivalent, the ability to collaborate in a team, and strong attention to detail with effective written and verbal communication while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• Ability to collaborate with others on a team and communicate effectively.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional demeanor.
• Ability to solve practical problems per SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Surgically procure donated ocular tissue following Standard Operating Procedures.
• Draw blood from donors and recover medical records from hospitals.
• Accept on-call responsibilities for ocular tissue recovery as scheduled.
• Perform lab maintenance, quality control, and documentation tasks.
