Talentify is actively seeking a Practice Manager I for Seymour Eye Clinic in Seymour, Indiana. The role focuses on safeguarding high-quality patient care by guiding a diverse staff, from Opticians to Patient Care Coordinators, and aligning clinic operations with the Lead OD to deliver an exceptional patient experience.

The candidate will oversee staff performance, drive productivity, manage workflows, and ensure HIPAA compliance while optimizing profitability.

Responsibilities

• Supervising a team of Opticians, Technicians, Patient Care Coordinators and other staff.
• Work closely with the Lead OD to ensure an exceptional patient experience.
• Lead staff performance, coaching, and development to deliver customer service.
• Ensure patient care and workflow efficiency in collaboration with ODs.
• Monitor practice operations and provide on-the-job training and support.
