Qualifications

• Experience in medical support is not required; on-the-job training is provided.
• Candidates will collect patient histories and prepare exam workflow.
• Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for eye examinations and explain testing steps.
• Perform all preliminary tests and assist doctors as needed.
• Assist optometrist/ophthalmologist with patient procedures.
• Coordinate scheduling and monitor patient flow in the office.
