Job summary

Bridgeview Eye Partners in Elmhurst, IL is seeking a dedicated Technician to support eye examinations by preparing patients and rooms, performing preliminary tests, and assisting physicians. No experience? We have trainers to support you as you learn the role and grow in patient care.

You will help with patient histories, scheduling, and maintaining a clean, safe clinical environment, while contributing to the team’s high standards of service and communication.

Qualifications

• No experience required; trainers available to help you learn.
• Attention to patient histories and preparation of exam rooms.
• Willingness to grow in patient care and clinical support.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for eye examinations and explain testing procedures.
• Perform preliminary and doctor-requested tests.
• Assist optometrist and ophthalmologist with procedures.
• Coordinate patient scheduling and manage patient flow.
• Prepare exam room and maintain supplies.
• Provide a safe, clean environment for patients and staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager or doctors.
