Job summary

Visionworks is seeking a part-time Sales Lead in Murray, Utah to be the welcoming face of the store. You will guide patients through the Visionworks journey, recommend eyewear and services, and ensure the right fit on the first try. This role emphasizes strong product knowledge and a customer-focused approach.

The position supports daily sales targets, inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment, with emphasis on a positive, human experience for every customer who walks in.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience required or ABO Certification in lieu of experience.
• Related customer or patient experience preferred, but not necessary
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through cont. training and development to ensure eyewear is Right the First Time
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear to ship
