Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year previous management experience.
• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Staff management and coaching; conduct performance assessments and foster professional development.
• Monitor practice performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement action plans.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and protect all practice assets and patient information.
• Oversee financial procedures including billing, deposits, and AR to support profitability.
• Perform other duties as assigned by regional manager and doctors.
