UEC Claremore is seeking an Office Manager to partner with the doctor(s) and regional manager to ensure that business operations run smoothly and professionally. The Practice Manager is accountable for the success of their practice.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of 1 year previous management experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Experience in optometry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff through performance assessments and coaching.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and training.
• Monitor financial procedures including billing, deposits, and AR.
• Ensure HIPAA confidentiality and protect assets.
• Maintain MWEC policies and regulatory compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the regional manager.
