Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Compassionate with patient trust and empathy.

• One+ years medical front desk experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical/vision insurance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all patients and visitors upon arrival.
• Verify insurance eligibility and confirm active coverage.
• Manage appointment schedules and reminders.
• Accurately collect copayments and balances.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Answer inbound and outbound calls with proper etiquette.
• Keep the reception area clean and organized.
• Assist with inventory of retail items if applicable.
