EssilorLuxottica's Pearle Vision is seeking an Eyecon Frame Account Rep to drive sales growth and provide high-quality service across franchise locations. You will implement brand strategies, train staff, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize territory performance.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with ECPs, merchandising, and leveraging tools like CAMS and Vision X POS to support launches and campaigns. Travel to locations is extensive to achieve goals.

Formación

• 5+ years of direct sales experience with proven success.
• Ability to carry sample bags (25+ lbs).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to grow revenue and build relationships.
• Experience in merchandising and training.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel extensively, including overnight (up to 100%).
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility to work in the U.S., Puerto Rico, and Canada.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals across assigned locations.
• Drive product adoption, optimize sales mix, improve sell-out, and increase profitability.
• Build strong relationships with Eye Care Professionals and managed practices.
• Collaborate with Franchise Business Consultants and Account Reps to drive results.
• Deliver training using approved materials and support product launches.
• Maintain brand standards through visual merchandising and events.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans and provide performance insights.
