Responsibilities

• Initiates the eye care experience by greeting patients warmly.
• Ensures patient history and pre-test data are collected.
• Establishes efficient patient flow to minimize patient wait times.
• Oversees daily schedule for appointment access.
• Manages insurance authorizations/billing and patient communication.
