Crossover Health Medical Group, APC is looking for a PRN Optometry Assistant who plays a vital role in supporting patient experiences. This position involves greeting patients, collecting necessary data, and ensuring efficient patient flow for eye care services.
Ideal candidates should have a high school diploma or vocational training in healthcare, and at least one year of customer service experience. A commitment to patient satisfaction and organizational skills are essential.

The PRN Optometry Assistant plays a key role in supporting a seamless experience for patients by working closely with the Optometrist. The Assistant is the first person to engage patients and upkeep the back-end of the program. The Optometry Assistant is an important team player in this very unique practice environment that embodies the practice and techniques of integrated medicine, as well as Crossover Health's mission to deliver next generation care.
May require standing, walking and sitting for extended amounts of time. Occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs. Manual and finger dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Includes full range of body motion including potential of handling and lifting patients. Requires corrected vision, hearing and speech within normal ranges. Must be able to effectively communicate with patients and team members.
