Job summary

Greenbridge is seeking an Extrusion Winder Operator to work under the supervision of the Shift Supervisor. You will set up and maintain one to four production lines, monitor process parameters, and assist machine operators to meet product specifications.

You will perform minor maintenance, troubleshoot problems, and document issues. Attention to detail and basic math skills are required, with prior manufacturing experience a plus. The role emphasizes safety and housekeeping on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic math skills required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Prior manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up equipment to manufacture product per specifications.
• Change screen packs in extruders as needed.
• Monitor temperatures and adjust as necessary.
• Troubleshoot production problems and communicate with Foreman.
• Perform minor maintenance on machines and related equipment.
• Provide guidance to machine operators and assist as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety on the production floor.
