Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking an entry-level Production/Extrusion Operator to assemble window components on a fast-paced assembly line. The role involves repetitive manual work, lifting up to 50 lbs, using hand and power tools, and working a 2:00pm–10:00pm shift Monday through Friday at our Lexington, NC site.

You will follow safety procedures, cross-train across lines, and contribute to production goals.

Qualifications

• Lifting up to 50 lbs; frequent 20 lbs; occasional 40 lbs; production variations.
• Tape measure reading required.
• Operate hand and power tools to fabricate and assemble.
• Cross-training across multiple production lines.
• Stand/walk on concrete up to a 12-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Assemble building material components on an assembly line.
• Perform repetitive tasks under supervision assembling window components.
• Use hand and power tools to fit parts and clamp/splice materials.
• Follow safety procedures to prevent injuries.
