Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Expected to meet quality standards for manufacturing.
• Understand and apply control techniques, e.g., control charts.
• Experience with 12-hour night shifts.
• Operate around 300–700°F extrusion equipment.
• Able to climb stairs and work at heights.
• Familiar with hand tools and shop practices.
• Know and follow SOPs, hazardous communication, and waste procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up extruders to run products per SOP with minimal downtime.
• Maintain run logs, feed blends, totes, packaging reports, and logbooks.
• Clean extruder barrel, screws, feeder, chopper, classifier and reclaimer to prevent contamination.
• Troubleshoot processing problems and equipment failures.
• Follow Environmental and Quality Policies and report deviations.
