The Extrusion Sheet-line Operations role runs from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities include maintaining the extrusion line, recording process parameters, setting up and

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools.
• Must be aware of surroundings at all times.
• Ability to think on your feet, make decisions and solve problems with little or no supervision.
• Working knowledge of electricity, plumbing and pneumatics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a running extrusion line with respect to quality, safety and product specification.
• Keep accurate records of extrusion process parameters throughout the shift.
• Learn setup, start and troubleshooting of specialty extrusion lines.
• Handover process information to the next shift’s lead operator.
• Follow safety and PPE standards and ISO/OSHA compliance.
• Complete relevant training provided by the company.
• Maintain good working relationships with other departments.

The hours for this position are 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM Monday through Friday.

Extrusion Sheet-line Operations duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Maintain a running sheet extrusion line with respect to quality, safety and product specification
• Maintain accurate records of extrusion process parameters through the duration of the shift
• Learn to set-up, start and troubleshoot all specialty product extrusion lines
• Ensure handover of process information from the production run to next shift’s lead operator
• Follow company standards for safety and PPE, and comply with ISO and OSHA standards
• Complete relevant training provided by the company
• Maintain a good working relationship with other departments

• Must be prompt and reliable
• Must be able to work overtime as needed based on production requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License, forklift experience preferred
