Delta Faucet Company is seeking a Production Member for the Extrusion Department. The role involves cross-training across shredder, scrap handling, resin monitoring, and finished sheet handling to support material flow.

Responsibilities include operating a forklift, maintaining safety, conducting inventory transactions, and assisting with line startup/shutdown and continuous improvement efforts. This is a full-time on-site position in the United States with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Forklift experience preferred; training will be provided if needed.
• Ability to read labels, inventory info, and visual indicators.

Responsabilités

• Follow safety requirements and PPE standards; report hazards immediately.
• Operate forklift/hilo to move scrap, raw materials, and finished sheets.
• Monitor resin flow, silo levels, alarms, and equipment to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Collect, weigh, label, and move finished sheet packs; apply FIFO and proper separation.
• Complete inventory transactions using scanners and systems; support material routing as assigned.
• Maintain 5S and assist with cleaning, inspections, and basic maintenance.
• Support continuous improvement activities related to safety, material flow, and downtime.
• Perform other duties to support extrusion operations.
