Job summary

Delta Faucet Company in Michigan is seeking a Production Member (Extrusion Area) to support material flow and operate in multiple extrusion assignments. You will assist with startup/shutdown, monitor resin and scrap, and handle finished sheets while maintaining safety and 5S standards.

Ideal candidates are willing to learn multiple Production Member roles, able to lift up to 60 lbs, and comfortable working with forklift/hilo in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be willing to operate forklift/hilo.
• Ability to read labels, inventory information, and monitors.
• Mechanical and process aptitude; willingness to learn multiple roles.
• Ability to follow standard work and use inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Safety and compliance: follow PPE, safety rules, inspections, reporting hazards.
• Shredder operation & scrap handling: move and sort scrap, monitor shredder.
• Material monitoring & transfer: ensure proper resin flow and material levels.
• Finished sheet handling: weigh, label, band, and move sheets; maintain FIFO.
• 5S & continuous improvement: keep areas clean, support improvements, assist as needed.
