Job summary

Delta Faucet Company is seeking a Production Member in the Extrusion area to support material flow, operate shredders, monitor resin levels, and handle finished sheets. You will work across multiple assignments, participate in line startup/shutdown, and maintain 5S standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires the ability to operate a forklift, read inventory data, and communicate effectively with Operators and Team Leaders.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Manufacturing experience preferred; plastics/extrusion a plus.
Willingness to operate a forklift/hilo.
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
Ability to read labels and inventory information.
Mechanical and process aptitude; willingness to learn multiple roles.

Responsibilities

Operate shredder and manage scrap handling; transport scrap and monitor equipment safely.
Monitor resin flow and material levels; respond to low levels to prevent production impact.
Handle finished sheet packs: weigh, label, band, and palletize; maintain FIFO and proper separation.
Maintain 5S standards; assist with continuous improvement of safety and workflow.
Support line startup/shutdown and complete required material/inventory transactions.
