B. Braun US Device Manufacturing LLC is seeking an Extrusion Process Engineer to develop and optimize extrusion and plastics manufacturing processes for life‑saving products.

You will lead DOE, validation, and process improvement projects in an onsite environment, contributing to production excellence. Join an innovative engineering team focused on advanced manufacturing technologies, tool design, and collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
• 2+ years engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills required.
• Willingness to travel domestically, with occasional international travel.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and optimise extrusion manufacturing processes to improve quality, efficiency, and performance.
• Design and execute DOE (Design of Experiments) and Engineering Test Requests (ETRs).
• Lead and support process improvement, validation, and new product development projects.
• Perform product and process validations on extrusion lines and injection moulding equipment.
• Analyse manufacturing data and identify opportunities for process optimisation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and external vendors to implement engineering solutions.
• Support equipment, tooling, and mould design activities.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and engineering reports.
