Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is hiring an Extrusion Associate for the day shift at our Martinsburg site. You will visually inspect extruded product, ensure quality and packaging per standards, and maintain accurate packing and paperwork.

No prior experience required; we value reliability, safety awareness, and the ability to lift heavy items. You will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with weekly pay and benefits starting day one.

Qualifications

• No experience required, but reliable work history preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to read, write and perform basic math.
• Must be quality and safety conscious and a team player.
• Able to lift up to 86 lbs and team lift 87–100 lbs; maintain safety at all times.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect extruded product for defects and ensure size according to specs.
• Pack finished product into cartons and label appropriately.
• Maintain packing patterns, counts, and carton enclosures.
• Complete line packaging paperwork accurately.
• Notify supervisors of defects or line issues.
• Assist with line changes and housekeeping and safety compliance.
