The position is 3rd shift, with a $22.00/hour base rate plus a $1.20 shift differential. Candidates should be mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and eager to build a long-term career in extrusion operations.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED required.
• 1-2 years of related work experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Related manufacturing or trade school experience is a plus.
• Use of hand tools and measuring devices is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all plant/OSHA safety rules and housekeeping requirements.
• Learn to operate the production line and start up a line following SOPs.
• Perform quality checks and ensure product meets dimensional and cosmetic standards.
• Package product per specification and palletize correctly.
• Attend to line readiness, safety features, and lockout procedures.
• Train to clean dies and support operator/packer during shift.
