Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Run extrusion machines and monitor material flow.
• Set up cooling tanks and make adjustments as needed.
• Inspect pipe quality using micrometer, pie tape, etc.
• Monitor pipe skin thickness.
• Pack pipe per standards with strapping tool and forklift to storage area.
• Assist maintenance personnel in repair of equipment.
• Complete production quality records accurately.
• Perform minor repairs on pipe racks, printers, etc.
• Assist coworkers and train new associates.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping in work area.
