Job summary

Lofton Staffing is hiring an experienced Extrusion Operator for a direct hire opportunity with a well-established manufacturing company in the Rosenberg area. This is a full-time, permanent position offering competitive pay, strong benefits, and overtime availability.

You will set up and operate 4-post hydraulic presses and pull-through presses, load materials, run batches, inspect parts with calipers, perform routine maintenance, and follow written procedures and safety standards throughout

Qualifications

• Experience in high-heat industrial manufacturing environments.
• Hydraulic press experience preferred.
• Hot metal extrusion or hot metal forming experience preferred, will accept plastic extrusion.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Comfortable working around high temperatures.
• Reliable, safety-minded, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

What We're Looking For
