Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Experienced Extrusion Operator to join our plastic manufacturing team in Ohio. Set up and operate extruders, monitor temperatures and pressures, and keep production running smoothly.

Openings on first, second, and third shifts with competitive hourly pay between $25 and $35 based on experience. Opportunities for advancement and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Experience operating extrusion equipment.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and specs.
• Proficient in basic measurement and process control.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate extruders, dies, and feedlocks.
• Control temperature, pressure, screw speed, and winder.
• Start up, shut down, and clean equipment.
• Installation, alteration, repair, maintenance, and adjustment of co-extrusion lines.
• Troubleshoot and maintain production equipment.
• Understand coex material operation.
• Use a standard and metric tape measure.

Job Details

• Set up and operate extruders, dies, and feedlocks
• Control temperature, pressure, screw speed, and winder

• Installation, Alteration, Repair, Maintenance, and Adjustment of Co-Extrusion Lines
• Troubleshoot and Maintain Production Equipment
• Understanding of coex material operation
• Utilize a standard and metric tape measure
