Pexco Custom Plastics is seeking an Operator to manage extrusion equipment, ensure product quality, and maintain production pace. The role includes setup, tearing down, and troubleshooting while adhering to safety policies and PPE requirements.

You will work with downstream equipment, read shop orders, and maintain documentation for quality control. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing

Responsabilidades

• Operate and monitor extrusion equipment to meet production targets.
• Perform die changes and start-ups safely and efficiently.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area and follow PPE requirements.
• Identify materials and ensure correct parts are produced according to shop orders.
