Pexco Custom Plastics in Wisconsin is seeking a Set-Up Technician to support extrusion operations. You will set up and tear down extrusion tooling, operate downstream equipment, and ensure parts meet quality specs. The role requires mechanical aptitude, basic math, and the ability to follow setup sheets and safety protocols.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of manufacturing experience, are dependable, and can work independently or in a team. Forklift experience is preferred.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year in manufacturing or factory setting preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and understanding of extrusion processes and materials.

Mansioni

• Set up and tear down extrusion tooling and downstream equipment.
• Operate and maintain auxiliary equipment and prepare materials for orders.
• Inspect parts and ensure they meet specification sheets and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot extrusion-related issues and assist other lines as needed.
• Follow safety guidelines and keep work area clean and organized.
