• Measure materials and finished products to verify dimensions and specifications.
• Inspect finished materials for defects, inconsistencies, or damage.
• Identify machine problems and notify supervisors or maintenance personnel when repairs are needed.
• Assist with routine equipment cleaning, preventative maintenance, and replacing machine components as needed.
• Maintain accurate production, material, and quality records.
• Follow work orders, production schedules, drawings, and operating procedures.
• Safely handle and organize raw materials and finished products.
• Follow all company safety policies, machine safety procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Communicate production issues, equipment problems, and material shortages to management.
• Work cooperatively with production, warehouse, quality control, and maintenance personnel.
