Job summary

Ultimate Staffing represents a leading manufacturer in Manchester, NH, hiring an Extrusion Operator to join the day shift. You will set up, operate and adjust extrusion lines to meet production specs, monitor equipment and ensure product quality, and perform inspections with precision measuring tools.

The role offers Monday–Friday hours, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, with 10 hours of overtime weekly, and a temp-to-hire path with long-term career potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1–2 years of manufacturing experience preferred
• Mechanically inclined with attention to detail
• Basic computer skills

Pay: $23-$26/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM (10 hours of overtime weekly, wooohooo!)
