Job summary

Boyd Corp, based in Elkhart, Indiana, is seeking extrusion operators for full-time roles. No experience is required as on-the-job training is provided. You will operate extrusion machinery, inspect parts, adjust equipment, and maintain shift documentation while supporting overtime as needed.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, can work under pressure, and function well in a team. This position emphasizes quality, safety, and reliability in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Adjust machine settings to specifications.
• Report equipment failures to Maintenance.
• Complete required shift paperwork accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The ideal person will be a team player with a drive to succeed and a willingness to help others.
