Role Impact & Responsibilities

• Implement new equipment and support plant growth
• Enhance customer experience through key initiatives
• Develop into a trainer and leader

• Perform preventive maintenance and initiate shop work orders
• Work with Engineering and R&D on process improvements
• Monitor product quality and document processes

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of extruding experience in manufacturing
