Inpro, located in Muskego, WI, seeks an Extrusion Machine Operator for rotating 12-hour night shifts to set up, operate, and monitor extrusion lines in a continuous manufacturing environment.

You will load materials, track temperatures and line speeds, adjust process parameters for quality and dimensional accuracy, perform inspections, and document results while upholding safety and housekeeping.

Description

As an Extrusion Operator, you'll be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring extrusion equipment to manufacture quality products while maintaining our high standards for safety, efficiency, and productivity. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, mechanical processes, and working in a continuous manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

• Set up, start, operate, and shut down extrusion production lines.
• Load raw materials and maintain proper material flow throughout production.
• Monitor machine temperatures, line speeds, product dimensions, and overall process performance.
• Make process and color adjustments to ensure products meet specifications.
• Perform routine quality inspections and accurately document inspection results.
• Assist with troubleshooting equipment issues and support preventive maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate production records and communicate effectively during shift handoffs.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Support production on other extrusion lines as needed.
• Follow all company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.

Schedule

This position follows a 12-hour rotating Panama schedule (2-2-3) in a continuous 24/7 manufacturing operation.

Night Shift Hours: 5:00pm - 5:00am

You'll be expected to:

• Work rotating night shifts.
• Work every other weekend.
• Work holidays and overtime as needed.
• Participate in shift handoffs to ensure smooth production transitions.
