Inpro is seeking an Extrusion Operator to set up, run, and monitor extrusion lines in our continuous manufacturing environment. You will load materials, track temperatures and line speeds, and adjust processes to ensure product quality.
This role requires a high school diploma, forklift certification, and reliable attendance. Expect a 12-hour rotating night schedule (5:00pm–5:00am) with every other weekend, holidays, and overtime as needed, all while upholding safety and continuous improvement.
As an Extrusion Operator, you'll be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring extrusion equipment to manufacture quality products while maintaining our high standards for safety, efficiency, and productivity. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, mechanical processes, and working in a continuous manufacturing environment.
This position follows a 12-hour rotating Panama schedule (2-2-3) in a continuous 24/7 manufacturing operation.
