Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced industrial setting and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate extrusion machines to produce pellet per production schedules and specs.
• Monitor machinery during operation to ensure smooth and efficient production.
• Adjust machine settings to maintain product quality and meet targets.
• Perform regular maintenance to ensure equipment is optimal and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform repairs to minimize downtime and losses.
• Ensure processes run stably and document results per process records.
