Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) is seeking an Extrusion Machine Operator in Louisville, KY to safely operate extrusion and reprocessing equipment, adjust critical process parameters, and ensure quality. The role supports production schedules, labeling, reporting, and data entry while adhering to safety guidelines.

Forklift operation is required. The position offers multiple shifts with potential for growth and weekly pay, plus benefits after a waiting period.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of solid machine operation experience required.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.
• Steel toe shoes/boots required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate extrusion and reprocessing equipment following company policies and safety guidelines.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings such as extruder speeds, temperatures, pressures, and winder speeds to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
• Produce orders according to production schedules and customer specifications.
• Perform product labeling, accurate production reporting, and data entry.
• Complete quality inspections, testing, and documentation to maintain high standards.
• Operate Forklift as needed
