You will work with foil, cores, glue, carton stock and related equipment, prioritizing safety, teamwork, and quality in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of machine operator experience.
• Identify health and safety hazards associated with equipment operation.
• Perform minor clerical tasks.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Push/pull up to 300 pounds.
• Stand for duration of shift.
• Work in extreme hot or cold temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Tend machines which spool, carton and pack foil.
• Move and position metal, check gauge, and route materials as needed.
• Thread foil onto unwind stands and start machines.
• Observe operation and quality, clear jams and rethread as necessary.
• Ensure safe operation of case packer and conveying equipment.
• Multitask with attention to detail across multiple machines.
