Job summary

Novolex is hiring an Extrusion Thermoforming Machine Operator in Kentucky. The role operates and maintains multiple thermoforming lines, troubleshoots issues, and ensures accurate production records and quality checks.

Shifts run 7:00AM–7:00PM and 7:00PM–7:00AM on a 2-2-3 schedule, with competitive starting pay of 22.40–25.68 USD per hour. Candidates should be mechanically minded, able to work in a fast-paced 12-hour shift, and willing to obtain forklift certification if required.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills are required.
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities are required.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to stand for a 12-hour shift and climb stairs.

Responsibilities

• Operates and maintains multiple thermoforming lines and packaging equipment.
• Troubleshoots and repairs lines to minimize downtime.
• Maintains production records accurately and on time.
• Ensures quality requirements including audits and inspections.
• Trains new employees in line operation and paperwork.
