Job summary

Qualifications

• Manual dexterity and mechanically inclined.
• Able to follow quality plans and work instructions.
• Capable of training/co-workers.
• Able to use common tools of machine operations.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate extrusion machines/manufacturing processes.
• Read work instructions to determine job specs and material requirements.
• Document work completed using the manufacturing system.
• Make intermediate adjustments to extrusion equipment and tooling.
• Ensure safety and proper handling of hazardous materials.
• Report major malfunctions and assist with minor repairs.
• Stack, mark, pack, and transport finished pieces.
