Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is hiring for a Permanent role on the 3rd Shift in North Brunswick Township, NJ. The position runs Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM–7:30 AM, with a pay rate of $20.00–$23.00 per hour plus a $1 per hour shift differential.

Responsibilities include setting up and operating extrusion machines, performing routine maintenance, inspecting product quality, and ensuring safety compliance on the production floor.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of machinery and components; ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues quickly.
• Monitor extrusion process and make fine adjustments to meet exact specifications.
• Identify and address issues promptly to maintain production efficiency.
• Clear communication within teams to ensure smooth production and collaborative issue resolution.

• Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance, clean equipment, carry out minor repairs, and collaborate with maintenance teams on more complex issues.
• Quality Control: Inspect products to verify they meet specified standards and make necessary adjustments when deviations occur.
• Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines to protect yourself and colleagues from hazards associated with heavy machinery.
