Qualifications

• Experience with multi-stage manufacturing and extruder technologies.
• Strong mechanical problem-solving skills and quick action.
• Ability to direct and cross-train downstream personnel.
• Ability to read and use shop drawings.
• Comfort working with machinery and tools.
• Strong teamwork and customer-focused mindset.
• Experience troubleshooting production processes and repairs.
• Customer-focused approach and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Operate corrugated plastic pipe/extrusion machinery and adjust as needed.
• Manage downstream process, personnel, and equipment.
• Coordinate maintenance for planned and reactive work.
• Run and change over different pipe diameters with minimal downtime.
• Perform quality control monitoring and reporting.
• Document procedures, processes, and operations for replication.
• Train downstream staff and maintain safety and housekeeping.
• Meet production efficiencies and maintain inventory levels.
• Adhere to PPE requirements and safety standards.
• Align decisions with company core values.
