The role supports line setup, monitors line operation, inspects yarn quality, and handles material movement within the extrusion area. Candidates must be able to read and write for the job application, be willing to obtain a powered industrial truck license, and work a twelve-hour shift with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• Mandatory – Must be able to read and write in manner indicated on job application.
• Preferred – Previous experience operating a powered industrial truck in a production environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist in setting up and starting the line.
• Observes operation of machine and equipment to ensure continuous and appropriate flow of extruded yarn.
• Visually examines extruded products.
• Make inventory ticket and place on tricot or fill yarn truck.
• Patrol lines, checking for quality problems.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Change propane tank on powered industrial equipment, when needed.
• Before using powered industrial truck complete “Pre Shift Industrial Truck Inspections”, turn checklist in to supervisor office.
