Job summary

The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities include startup/shutdown, process monitoring, troubleshooting, and performing in-process inspections with precision measuring tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing, extrusion, or machine operation experience preferred.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to read blueprints and product specifications.
• Strong math and measurement skills; precision tools experience.
• Commitment to safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate Ram Extrusion Line and supervise startup/shutdown.
• Monitor process to meet quality and specs.
• Troubleshoot equipment, adjust temperature and feed rates.
• Read orders, blueprints, and instructions.
• Perform in-process quality inspections with precision tools.
• Maintain 5S-compliant workspace.
• Use M3 ERP for transactions.
