Job summary

Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials Inc. is seeking an Extrusion Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain extrusion equipment in line with quality, safety, and production standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 3–5 years of industrial experience, with OSHA forklift certification and basic mechanical aptitude. You will work with ERP systems and use measuring tools as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3–5 years of industrial experience preferred.
• OSHA-certified forklift operation experience (stand-up and walk-behind).
• Basic mechanical aptitude with hands/ power tool experience and measurement devices.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate extrusion machines per SOPs and specs.
• Monitor machines, materials, and conditions; adjust in real time.
• Inspect finished products and document findings for quality control.
• Record production data and follow documentation protocols.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance and housekeeping to maintain safety and efficiency.
