Job summary

Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials Inc. is seeking a Ram Extrusion Line Operator to safely operate and monitor the ram extrusion process, ensuring products meet stringent quality standards and customer specifications.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, manufacturing or extrusion experience, and strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools. Forklift certification is a plus and a commitment to safety is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Manufacturing/extrusion/machine operation experience preferred.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate the Ram Extrusion Line, startup, shutdown, and changeovers.
• Monitor extrusion process to meet quality and specifications.
• Toubleshoot temperature, cooling, feed rates, resin flow, and product quality issues.
• Load, monitor, refill, and exchange resin bins to maintain production.
• Operate the AutoDrill, setup, tooling changes, and quality inspections.
• Read and interpret orders, blueprints, and work instructions.
