Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking an Extrusion Operator to visually inspect extruded products and ensure quality according to defined standards. You will handle paperwork, maintain packing patterns, and perform online quality inspections on a 2-2-3 work schedule with a base pay plus a shift differential.

The role supports manufacturing operations across a large national footprint, with full-time hours and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read a tape measure
• Related machine operation experience preferred
• Be able to stand and work on your feet for 12-hour shifts, and bend and lift
• Basic Math skills
• Ability to read English and quality test product
• Must be able to read a tape measure to the 16th of an inch
• Must be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work independently and within a team to meet goals and quality standards
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to follow safety policies and pass pre-employment screening

Job Description

Base Pay: $16 per hour + 2.50 shift differential

2-2-3 Work Schedule

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Extrusion Operators visually inspects extruded product for consistent appearance and length according to defined standards.

• Associate ensures product consistency and standards including but not limited to proper counts, packing patterns, and labels
• Associate maintains paperwork as required
• Performs online quality inspections
