Job summary

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to SOPs, and timely communication of safety concerns and production issues to supervisors. Prior manufacturing exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1–3 years related experience or training.
• Ability to read safety rules, work instructions and SDS sheets.
• Strong math skills and attention to quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Determine production requirements by reading and implementing instructions on each sales order.
• Review and apply the manufacturing bill of materials to each order.
• Prepare raw materials including drying, pre-blending, or staging as needed.
• Set up machines and schedule operations for production runs.
• Ensure equipment cleanliness and proper work-instructions compliance.
• Tune extruder parameters for optimal performance and quality.
• Prepare production run sheet records and maintain logs.
• Work as a team to meet customer expectations and minimize conflicts.
