Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must read, write, and speak English; Spanish a plus.
• Must read and comprehend production orders and the instrumentation on complex equipment.
• Must be able to lift 45 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and lift heavy loads for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Set up extrusion line and related equipment with correct die and wire size.
• Maintain correct wire size, insulation thickness and concentricity.
• Apply correct print of acceptable quality on cable.
• Observe safety rules, keep area clean, and perform duties as assigned.
• Minimize wire loss during start-up and changeovers.
